At just 17 years old, his life took a dramatic turn. What others called prison, he referred to as “rap boot camp”—a four-year period that tested his spirit but sharpened his lyrical edge. Upon release, he wasted no time channeling his experiences into music, joining the group LiVe WiRe GooNz (LWG) and co-founding Fam 1st ILLAtainment. Together, they produced two LWG albums, laying the foundation for his future projects.
Building a Catalog.
Rra Rage quickly became a driving force in the underground scene, leading Fam 1st Illa with six mixtapes and selling thousands of records. His album The Takeover featured the club anthem “Bug OuT”, which became a local favorite. Teaming up with Go Gettas Entertainment, he released Real As It Gets, highlighted by the underground hit “Reminisce”.

His solo project For My City marked a major milestone. Siyanda’s trajectory skyrocketed when he collaborated with fellow Cape Town artists Mossi l Bay and Cynth Kid on “Ithongo Lemambs,” a collaboration that etched his name into the very fabric of Cape Town’s hip-hop scene. His international footprint expanded further with the release of “War Ready,” a collaboration with American artist Mizzy Hendrix .
